<p>This was my first attempt at making a protein cake.  While it was a tad chewy, it really just needed something on top of it, next time.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of baking powder</li>
<li>2 tablespoons egg whites</li>
<li>2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce</li>
<li>1 teaspoon cocoa</li>
<li>a few drops of chocolate raspberry liquid stevia</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Mix all the dry ingredients together (protein powder, baking powder &amp; cocoa)</li>
<li>Add wet ingredients (egg whites, applesauce &amp; liquid stevia)</li>
<li>Microwave for 90 seconds</li>
<li>Enjoy</li>
