Chocolate Raspberry Protein Cake 0

This was my first attempt at making a protein cake.  While it was a tad chewy, it really just needed something on top of it, next time.


  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • a few drops of chocolate raspberry liquid stevia


  • Mix all the dry ingredients together (protein powder, baking powder & cocoa)
  • Add wet ingredients (egg whites, applesauce & liquid stevia)
  • Microwave for 90 seconds
  • Enjoy
